Research by Reabur reveals that 8% of women feel sexually harassed at work but less than half report it for fear of the affect on their future career or because they don’t believe the complaint will be taken seriously.
21% report sexist comments in the workplace and 2% claim to have been touched inappropriately. 11% felt victimised by male peers and 23% believed that a male colleague would be promoted in preference because of gender. 16% felt that they were not respected by male peers.
